Security by Design
Your brand's reputation is displayed on your screens. That's why security has been part of lumio.id from the very start — to help keep your content accurate and your network protected.
Built on Google Cloud
lumio.id is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), so it runs on Google's infrastructure and benefits from the physical, network and operational security measures that come with it.

Outbound-Only Connections
Our media players connect out to our servers over encrypted HTTPS, and don't need to accept incoming connections. With no open inbound ports on the player, there's far less exposed to the outside world — which significantly reduces the attack surface of your network.

Content Approval Workflows
Mistakes happen, so we help you catch them before they reach your screens. With role-based content approval, media goes live only after it has been reviewed by the right people — guarding against unauthorized uploads and accidental clicks, with an audit trail of who approved what.

Regular Updates
The security landscape keeps changing, so we keep lumio.id up to date. The platform receives periodic, automated updates that address known vulnerabilities and improve performance, without interrupting your day-to-day operations.
